The Chris Salmon Foundation is delighted to announce that Xanthe Brennan was named as the overall winner of the Chris Salmon Poetry Extravaganza for 2013 and she has also been chosen to be Wirral Young Poet Laureate for the next 12 months.  Xanthe was one of 23 winners in this year’s competition which received over 700 entries. This year’s anthology containing the winning entries and foreword, specially written by Andy McCluskey from OMD, is now available from the Chris Salmon Foundation or from Wirral Libraries for £5.
